Hair and nail are regarded by yoga or metabolic waste product, which result in metabolic  presses that construct the skeletal system.

Here some yoga practices which strengthen hair and prevent hair fall.

Lift your arm up, keeping at shoulder with distance. Start walking with your arms raised in this position, and your hands can be up in the air for 1–2 minutes.

Build up to 1–2 minutes gradually by starting off with the strength required to hold your arms up for 1-3 minutes strength.

sirsasana (headstand)

Going in a kneeling position .place the crown of your head on the mat between your hands. Forming your arms like triangles and with shoulder -width apart ..lift your hips up and slowly walking toward your head and slowly life your legs off the ground ,bringing  them overhead. Engaging your core and legs to maintain balance.

This pose helps blood circulation to the scalp, which can help nourish hair. Start your hand and knees , then lift your hip up then strengthening your legs and forming an inverted  V shape .hold for several breaths.

padahasthasana (standing forward bend)

In this pose, increasing blood flow to the scalp and stretch the back of the body , including the spine and hamstring .

Stand with feet hip-width apart , exhale and fold forward from the hip allow the head to hang heavy releasing tension in the neck and promoting circulation to the scalp.

Fish pose the neck and throat stimulates the thyroid gland,and improves blood circulation to the head .

Lie on your back and press your arm and elbows into the floor as you lift your chest toward the ceiling. Keep your weight on your elbows and being relaxed, opening your throat and chest and breathing .

vajerasana (thunderbolt pose)

vajerasana help us to improve digestion and reduce stress , which can indirectly benefit hair health .

Kneel on the floor,  with your buttocks resting on your heels and your hands on your thighs .sit up tall and breathing deeply with close eyes.
