As you know, all yoga movements and exercises are suitable for body health and mental and spiritual relaxation
In this article, I will introduce 7 important movements that will give you youth and freshness
stay with me….

1- headstand (sirsasana) :

 

Improves circulation , bringing fresh blood to the face .

In the previous posts, we discussed the definition and method of this movement, and in this part, I mentioned its benefits for you.
In this movement, the blood flow returns to the head and face, and this flow increases the cycle of life, that is, the same blood in this area, and as a result, it gives you the gift of youth.

2- downward-facing dog ( adho mukha svanasana)

increases blood flow throughout the body including the face …..

In Downward Dog movement, the blood circulation moves towards the head and face, and staying in this movement not only makes you flexible and solves the problem of back pain, but also brings freshness to the skin.

 

3- shoulder stand (sarvangasana) :

 

it is similar to headstand, promotes circulation to the face and neck

In this position, you are on your shoulders and your legs are straight up, and it is very similar to standing on your head.

4- child pose ( balasana)

 

reduces stress which can contribute to facial tension and wrinkles

The child’s sleeping position is excellent for relaxation and soothing, and in this state, it also helps the blood circulation and removes facial wrinkles.

 

5- fish pose

stretches the neck and throat , potentially improving posture and reducing the appearance  of sagging jawline

In the position of the fish, where the neck and head are bent backwards and lower than the upper part of the body, the blood circulation is also reversed from the normal state, and the freshness and freshness along with the opening of the throat helps the functioning of the thyroid gland.

6- warrior pose : ( virabhadrasana )

Improves core strength and stability , which can contribute to better posture…

You will experience strength and endurance along with an extremely powerful feeling in this position.
Very simple and at the same time useful and excellent for strengthening the thighs and muscles and the physical attractiveness of the body

7- pranayama (breathing exercises :

Improves oxygen delivery to cells,  promoting a healthy glow ….
