Before taking part in an aerial class based on this answer, we recommend that you consult your trainer and doctor if you have experienced specific physical problems or feel severe pain in different parts of your body. But in general, pregnant people, people who have serious damage to the spine, people who have platinum in their body, or suffer from a protruding vertebra, or have disc inflammation. Aerial yoga cannot be a suitable exercise for them.
